The Grace Albert Park Lane is an 18-level tower with 2 levels of basement. Included within the facility are up to 83 luxury residences, a pool, and several other community areas.

V Constructions Scope included:

• Footings
• Ground slabs
• Installation of precast
• Insitu core, design, and construction of suspended pt slabs (including a large transfer level and pool on l2)
• Supply, installation of prefabricated steel form columns and perimeter protection screens.
