Standing at 30 storeys STK is St Kilda’s tallest residential building.

The building features 328 apartments over 30 storeys plus 4 levels of basement including two-storey, luxury townhouses.

This project features a large podium level, raking columns to the mezzanine and architectural precast panels with a customised perimeter screen system
