Riverwalk Apartments

• 8 individual buildings comprising of 177 generously sized apartments, retail tenancies and a rooftop garden contained within a 6-storey tower plus a basement.
• A modern, industrial apartment building featuring exposed concrete finishes to soffits and walls. Precast panels are utilized throughout creating several lightwells throughout the project.
• V Constructions scope included precast erection, design, and construction of suspended PT slabs with an emphasis on exposed concrete finishes.
