Rathdowne Place is a five-level aged care facility containing 162 beds plus 3 levels of basement car park. Facilities include balconies to each floor, BBQ area, hydrotherapy pool, café, gym, and rooftop terrace.

• Installation of precast
• Insitu core using craneable shutters
• Perimeter protection screens
• Design and construction of suspended PT slabs.
