Living Carlton

The Living Carlton is a large development for the Victorian government consisting of three projects within one; Allure, Apt and Found. Allure contained a combination of social and private residences set across two separate 6 storey buildings. Apt was a 9-storey apartment building featuring 143 apartments, multiple communal areas, and a rooftop lounge. Adding another 65 apartments and 4 townhouses to the project, Found contained the boutique residences for the development.

Standing out from the adjacent buildings, Living Carlton has architectural precast panels with a pixelated coloured patten creating the façade of the building.
